An apple a day keeps the doctor away. But this apple will keep EVERYONE away! Spit out the pips and toss away the core. Even worse is the maggots coming out of the top! This is one bad apple that you don't want to find in your lunch box!
In The Trash Pack Cartoon
In episode 12: "An Apple a Day", Trash-A-Pillar calls a doctor to help out Blow Fly. Rotten Apple bursts into the home, causing a mess and fooling around. He makes Blow Fly feel WORSE.
Rotten Apple is VERY dim-witted. He speaks in very short simple imcomplete sentences, with the occasional gap between words. He often does something without thinking. He puts a giant bandage on Blow Fly's head and quickly rips it off yelling "My sticky tape!"
He isn't actually a doctor. The worm INSIDE him is.
